Prague hosted an international training event where ophthalmologists from 11 countries practised complex surgical procedures using artificial eyes, biological tissue and state-of-the-art technology. The course also introduced participants to advanced microscopes, 3D imaging and techniques for dealing with complications during eye surgery.
