The current El Niño climate pattern has already reached unprecedented intensity, and scientists believe it will have a devastating impact when it approaches its peak in the months ahead. While the “Super El Niño” will mainly hit Pacific Ocean states, experts warn that Czechs will also feel it – in the prices of certain commodities.
Even before it has peaked, the present El Niño is breaking long-standing records.
