On June 10th, 2016, the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague hosted international conference ”Crisis, catastrophes, collapses: How can EU and Czechia face them?” The conference with more than 200 attendees was traditionally organized by the Center for Security Policy, IPS, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague in cooperation with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung e.V. representation in the Czech Republic, and the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Besides the conference, an accompanying event, the Glass of Wine, took place at the Embassy of Italy in Prague at the eve of the Conference.
