The 16th edition of Prague Pride – “Times Are Changing”

The 16th  edition of Prague Pride, an annual festival celebrating the LGBTQ community, took place in Prague on Saturday, 8^th  August 2026.

The theme for this year is “Times Are Changing”

Tens of thousands of people, Czech politicians, members of Prague’s diplomatic community, and big commercial companies and organizations took part in the parade, which ran from the lower part of Wenceslas Square via the Republic Square, Celetna st., Old Town Square, and Pařížská st., to the new main venue on Štvanice Island.

The diplomatic community had a great representation from almost all embassies.

The celebrations continued on Štvanice Island, with live music and other events, until 10 pm.
