On the occasion of the 204th Anniversary of the Independence of Brazil, the ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil, H.E Mr. Orlando Leite Ribeiro, and Ms. Renata Abreu e Lima hosted a special reception in the Troja Château, a unique and beautiful baroque palace in Prague. It was built for the Counts of Sternberg from 1679 to 1691.
The palace is owned by the city of Prague and hosts the 19th-century Czech art collections of the City Gallery.
The Honored speakers were :
Mr. Karel Havlicek – Deputy PM, and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
Mr. Tomio Okamura – President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
